Crowley Practices start from 11:00 a.m. - whenevah. Prepare to do stuff and things. Like drilling, for instance. We do that.
Seriously speaking, i would really appreciate any thoughts for skirmishes and battles for our practice be placed in this forum, be it for drill or fun, and we can all discuss the pros and cons of it before creating something that will not help us grow as fighters whatsoever, or do something that is too complicated and stressful to be called fun.
Fight, maim, and kill at this address for Crowley Practice; Bicentennial Park 899 Bovell Dr Crowley, TX 76036
Bloodiest regards,
Priest

Here is my Units Training and drills practice format for last year. In the (parentheses) is one example of a possible choice for each training area. Keep in mind you may wish to tailor it to your own units needs and desires. I am currently putting the finishing touches on a new format for this season. Basically the same, just tweaked in a few areas to make it have less breaks and smaller duration of breaks. I built this training format after talking with half a dozen unit leaders, as well remembering what football practices were like when I was in school. Anyways.... Enjoy
The Format of the House of Martok training and drills practice is as follows:
The parenthesis items are what we will be doing THIS PRACTICE. While the specifics will change, the format will stay the same
Warm up battle (minion)
Section 1: Fine Tuning Training A. Muscle Memory Training (Strike Repetition) B. Technique Training (1 on 1, 1 leg 1 blue sparring, AKA "hop sparring)
Break
Section 2: Weapons Focus (standard blue sword) Introduction to featured weapon (Blue class sword) A. Specific weapon use (Dis-arming sparring) B. Foot work
Break
Section 3: Scenario Training A. Unit work (3 vs. 3 + Black Knight) B. Territory Objectives (Bridge)
Break
Section 4: Endurance Training A. Cardio (Shield Sprints) B. Strength Training (Sword Strikes)
I will of course be willing to answer any questions you may have.
